Each class (or division) has one or two parent representatives for the school year. The class rep provides a point of contact between the school and the parents.
how we do it
When information needs to be shared, the class rep is contacted by either the school, the class rep coordinator or the class teacher. The rep then disseminates the information to the rest of the class via email or telephone.
what you can do to help
You can volunteer to help your own child’s class or help out a division that is still without a class representative. In past years our class reps were responsible for putting together class lists and forwarding emails to the parents.
